really good stay
warm welcome dedicated staff fun photoshoot fine room
my stay began with a warm welcome, every staff member showed dedication. james guided me to the balcony for a spontaneous photoshoot, it was a very fun moment. zhiqi and james, it was lovely. the room offered amazing views, the space was fine and beautiful.
i noticed the mini fridge was automatic, it contained expensive drinks. it limited my ability to store my own beverages, that was not ideal. i would have preferred cold water readily available.

the room featured a balcony, offering a pleasant outdoor space. it had two double beds, providing ample sleeping space. a hot and cold water dispenser was available, i found it very convenient. separate areas existed for the shower and toilet.

the staff greeted guests by name and offered assistance consistently. james and zhiqi were particularly attentive, . the staff demonstrated genuine care, their service was prompt. requests received quick attention.

the food was AMAZING!!! cocktails receive my high recommendation for their quality. the gold lounge provided access to high quality refreshments. the staff remembered preferences, that felt personalized.

great location modern equipment prompt assistance
The location is great! the facilities are excellent, especially the gym with its modern equipment. the staff provided perfect service. I am especially grateful for the prompt assistance at the concierge desk. i was able to easily arrange transportation to the airport.
the air conditioning in the room did not go below 20 degrees, making it a bit warm at night.

convenient location accessible station good breakfast
i found the hotel to be very conveniently located. city hall mrt station is accessible directly from the hotel. there are many shopping centers nearby and i could easily walk to raffles hotel. i used the gym, it was good and had several treadmills. i liked that the breakfast offered two places to choose from.
the safe occupied most of a drawer. this left little space for clothes. the hotel should consider relocating the safe.

i am GRATEFUL for the early check-in i received after my long flight. The room was always clean and tidy during evenings. Room service remained available at all hours.
the wifi in my room worked poorly. loading a single google page took considerable time.

i found plenty of options available. robert at the entrance welcomed me. he was helpful with any assistance i needed.
the check-in process seemed disorganized , like a free-for-all. the pre check-in email arrived late that evening , which defeats its purpose. the receptionist gave wrong information , needing better concentration. later, vip guests arrived and blocked us from freely entering or leaving , keeping guests waiting in the hot sun.

helpful staff friendly greeter thorough housekeeper
i found the staff quite helpful. i appreciated ismail greeting guests. he wore a top hat and a long coat! erika, the housekeeper, ensured complete satisfaction. she were great her duties.
the minibar was not replenished daily. coffee pods were not replaced. this was a small inconvenience but noticeable.

James at the fairmont gold provided really good service. he took photos for our family and even spoke tagalog. He exemplifies the high standards of the hotel. the experience, and we look forward to returning in the future.
